Life. What can I say other than sometimes it just gets in the way of how we want to feel. Especially as women. We have a tendency to get lost in endless to-do lists, chores, work, kids...all the beautiful stuff that life gives us. But with that comes the reality of all that it brings as well, both good and bad.
I don't need to tell you the good. You know what brings you joy in life. But tell me if this sounds familiar at all?
You wake up and your mind instantly begins to race with all the things you have to accomplish in the day. You rush to get the kids ready for school. You take what time you have left and rush to get yourself ready for work. Before you leave the house you have to make sure that the animals are fed, the dishes are done, and you remembered to switch the laundry. You get to work, spend 8 hours solving other people's problems. You come home and do it all again. Dinner, homework, bedtime routines.
